Our automation builder uses a visual drag-and-drop interface, and our AI assistant understands natural language commands. For teams with more complex needs, we do offer API access and custom webhooks on higher-tier plans.
We offer three main plans: Starter ($49/month) for small teams and solopreneurs, Growth ($149/month) for growing teams spending up to $50k/month on ads, and Scale ($399/month) for established teams spending up to $250k/month on ads. Yes. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your plan at any time with no penalties or cancellation fees. If you upgrade, you'll be charged the prorated difference immediately and get access to the new features right away. If you downgrade, the new pricing will take effect at the start of your next billing cycle. If you cancel, you'll retain access until the end of your current billing period.
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) as well as PayPal for monthly and annual plans. For Enterprise plans with annual contracts, we also accept ACH transfers and wire transfers. All payments are processed securely through Stripe, and we never store your credit card information on our servers.
Yes. When you choose annual billing, you get 2 months free - that's a 16% discount compared to monthly billing. Annual plans are billed once per year, and you still have the option to upgrade or cancel at any time (with prorated refunds for unused time on annual plans). We also offer additional discounts for nonprofits and early-stage startups.

Data syncs every 15 minutes on all plans, giving you near-real-time visibility into your campaigns. On Growth and higher plans, you can enable 5-minute sync for critical ad accounts. Unlike many other tools that only sync once per day, our real-time ETL pipeline ensures you're always making decisions based on the latest data, not numbers from 24 hours ago. You can also manually refresh data at any time with one click.
Security is our top priority. We're SOC 2 Type II certified, GDPR compliant, and CCPA compliant. All data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256). We never sell your data or use it to train our AI models on other customers' data. Access to customer data is strictly limited and audited, and we undergo regular third-party security penetration tests. You retain full ownership of all your data at all times.
All data is stored on AWS infrastructure in the United States, with multi-region redundancy for high availability. For Enterprise customers, we offer regional data residency options in the EU and APAC to meet local data sovereignty requirements. Yes. You can export all your data at any time in CSV, Excel, or PDF format. You can also access all your data via our REST API on Growth and higher plans. If you ever decide to cancel your account, you can download all your data before your account is deactivated, and we'll permanently delete all your data from our systems within 30 days of cancellation per our data retention policy.
Yes. We are fully compliant with GDPR, CCPA, and other global privacy regulations. We offer Data Processing Agreements (DPAs) for all customers, and you can manage data subject access requests directly through your account settings. We don't track or sell personal user data, and we provide all the tools you need to manage consent and data privacy for your own marketing activities.
We natively integrate with all major marketing platforms: Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Twitter/X Ads, Google Analytics 4, Shopify, WooCommerce, Klaviyo, Mailchimp, HubSpot, Salesforce, Slack, and more. We add new integrations every month based on customer feedback. If there's a platform you need that we don't currently support, you can use our custom webhooks and API to connect it, or vote for it on our product roadmap.
Yes. On Growth and higher plans, you get access to our REST API and custom webhook support, so you can connect internal tools, custom databases, or niche platforms that don't have native integrations. Our API supports both pulling data out of OrbitCrafted and pushing data in, so you can build fully custom workflows on top of our platform. We also offer webhook triggers that can send data to other tools when specific events happen in OrbitCrafted.
We use official OAuth authentication for all ad platform integrations, which means you never have to share your account password with us. You grant granular, read-only or edit access (you choose) directly through the platform's official login flow, and you can revoke access at any time either in OrbitCrafted or directly in your ad account settings. We never store your ad platform credentials, and all access is secured with enterprise-grade permission controls.
Yes. All plans support connecting multiple accounts across all platforms. The Starter plan supports up to 3 connected ad accounts, Growth supports up to 10, and Scale supports unlimited accounts. You can organize accounts into workspaces, manage team access permissions per account, and create cross-account reports that aggregate data across all your clients or brands. Agencies can use separate workspaces to keep client data completely isolated.
